The Springwater Remote Observatory

About Us

The Springwater Remote Observatory will be a remotely controlled 0.30m Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope situated near Estacada Oregon. Ground was broken for the observatory in early 2004 and first "remote" light occurred in the late summer of 2005. The observatory is affiliated with the Northwest Astronomy Group.
